Artistic Companions in Life
‘Artistic Companions in Life’ is a special exhibition commemorating the year falling between the 120th anniversary of Goam Lee Ungno (1904-1989), a master of Korean modern art, and the 100th anniversary of Park In-kyung (1926-), one of Korea’s first-generation female artists. This exhibition traces their shared artistic journey and the commonalities of their artistic world. It is organised with Galerie Vazieux—based in Paris, France, where the couple settled after leaving their homeland—and follows its exhibition at Art Basel Hong Kong 2025.
